Strategic development and operational efficiency improvement of the region retailer

Currently, the Group of Companies "Kommandor" includes: a food hypermarket, 45 supermarkets and convenient stores in the 7 cities of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia, furniture show room with area of ​​10,000 m2, more than 20 points for the sale of wardrobes, kitchens and other furniture.  

Tasks. The rapid development of the retail chain has made it necessary to review and improve key business processes in order to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Key objectives of the project. 

The project  had been resolved following tasks:

 Based on the model of retail development strategy "The Est" and the Balanced Scorecard are systematized and developed  strategic initiatives of the chain.
• Identify the most important business processes in terms of strategy development.
 Based on the ARIS Value Engineering approach and lean manufacturing analysis of business processes, procurement, distribution, pricing, working with suppliers, and highlights the key problem areasdeveloped initiatives to address them.
• Developed business process management categories and the necessary organizational structure of the category management

The project developed business processes for the implementation of Category Management strategy for chain development. Proposed initiatives to increase marginsby controlling the input prices and% order fulfillment vendors, and reduce by 50% when entering a new range in the assortment matrix..
