Today, most managers consider key business process operational efficiency improvement to be the task # 1. Flexibility, speed, proper customer value and low costs are the key factors of successful business processes of modern enterprises 
 Business process management and operational efficiency projects are implemented by our experts by means of three methods:

This is provided through task priorities setting based on proper business model, flexible business process design, human resources and technology integration and completion of effective organizational changes aimed at transaction cost lowering.

Business process strategy. The main aim of this stage is harmonization of the project and corporate aims and management systems, as well as harmonization of the mentioned business process optimization project with business strategy in general and with separate functional strategies in particular.

Business process design. During this phase in accordance with the priorities and directions determined on the “process strategy” stage the tasks are accomplished which are directed at end-to-end business process optimization and improvement. Also operations relating to project process organization and forthcoming organizational changes are carried out.

Business process implementation. After business process design completion in case of IT-solution implementation and development consistent adjustment of IT-system is accomplished on the basis of previously determined business “how it should be” processes. This phase consists of two parallel processes: IT-solution adjustment and development - if needed - and completion of organizational changes for implementation of the designed business processes. 

Business process controlling. Business process controlling aims at continuous business process monitoring and assessment that provides for maximum efficiency and productivity. Business process controlling is based on the key strategical and operational indicators of the controlling model which has been worked out at the design stage.
